We bought some outstanding short horn beef from Marcus and Daniella Lampard’s Mandinam Farm recently – we then cured it ourselves and this week have made some salt beef. We think its so good, that it deserves to be more than just a filling in a gourmet sandwich. So we are making a heart warming cawl topped with the delicious beef this week.
